I am the Executive Director at Alamitos West and have had 38 years experience in Long Term Care. My experience includes having been an owner-operator of a 276 bed skilled nursing facility with adjacent 40 unit assisted living, Florida State Surveyor, Corporate Director of Quality Assurance, and CEO of a management company.

I designed and opened two health care centers, as well as a rental retirement community. My passion for history led me to complete a degree in theater history and design, in which I developed and designed three historical museums. I received the Commanders Award for Civilian Service from the Secretary of the Army for one of those museums.

My philosophy for a successful life is one that is full of challenge and adventure, and balanced with friends and family. I am the mother of three, Paul, Lawrence and Bernadette.
