Alamitos West is a community of caring people. Longevity, dedication, and passion for our residents define our staff. Many of our staff members have been here for 15 years or more. You will find us to be friendly, understanding, and willing to listen so that we may determine the best way to meet your needs.

We are very proud of our success in rehabilitation and post-operative care. We continue to see countless residents come to Alamitos West for rehabilitation and after their therapy here, they return home or to their previous living situation. The same happens with residents who come to us for post-operative care.

As for a work environment – do you have a good smile and a dedication to caring for people? If you do, we want you to work with us! Our goal is to put smiles on the faces of our residents each day, while providing them with care that enhances their life. We value each employee’s contribution to this goal.
